Recipe Relishes

Hot Pepper Relish

This is a pepper relish I like putting on my hamburgers.  It is based off of my mother’s pepper relish recipe with some important differences.  Mom’s recipe just used green bells.  I have a few different peppers in this one as you’ll be able to tell.
